Downloading and Using the Files After Purchasing

After you click on the Download Link your computer will ask you if you want to save this file. Select a location such as your Desktop or wherever you want the file stored on your harddrive. Click Save:

Here we have saved the file to the desktop where you can see a folder called gtslideshow.zip . This is a zipped folder (ie it's a compressed set of files all in one easy to download file) and it needs to be unzipped.

To unzip a folder, right click over the folder and look for an option that says "Extract All" or "Unzip Folder" . Click on it. A dialog box will open to unzip the folder. Click "Next" two times and then click "Finish"

A new folder is created automatically. Double click on the newly created folder (the unzipped folder):

Your webmaster only needs the first file "gtslideshow.swf" This is the file that gets put on your website. The file must be viewed within a web browser however and that's why you need to click on the files with the big "e" on them. These files load the "gtslideshow.swf" file.
