Video Creator - Microphone Settings

Here you see the Microphone Gain part of the application:

Pressing the "Set Microphone" Button brings up the "Adobe Flash Player Settings" dialog box:

You have control of the gain of your microphone right within the application. If you need to select a different microphone because you have more then one connected to your computer, click the "Set Microphone" button. Another screen pops up with the microphone settings. Here you can choose your microphone from the list. If you only see one microphone in the list and you're having problems with the microphone, then you might consider checking the microphone connections and make sure it's plugged in to the correct part of the sound card. Sound cards often have 3 to 6 different types of connections that all look the same, yet only one is for a microphone.

The gain of your microphone can also be checked in this dialog box. If you don't see activity here when you talk, your microphone isn't working properly and your voice will not be recorded.

Close the dialog box when you're done to return to the application.
