Once I have made my video's can I cancel my subscription and still use the video's?
No. The monthly subscription fee allows you to make new video's anytime you need and gives you a license to put the video's on your website. If you cancel your subscription you need to remove the video's from your site and destroy/delete any copies of the video's.
Do I really need high speed internet?
Yes. To use the application you must have high speed internet however your end users can have high or low speed internet to view your movies.
My microphone is poor quality, what can I do?
Buy a better microphone. There's no getting around it. If you're going to invest the time and money into making the movies, do it right and get a better microphone and/or sound card.
Do I hold the copyright to my audio?
Yes you do, but GRX Solutions, LLC holds the copyright to everything else. Your subscription fees give you a license to use our copyrighted material.
Can I use the video's for other purposes?
No. The license gives you the right to use the video's strictly on your website. Contact us if you have other uses in mind.
Do I need to use my username and password to access my videos?
No. Your completed movies are stored on our site but are in a directory named the same as your username. This way you can view your movies or have others review your movies quite easily. The web address is in the format of http://video.grxsolutions.com/doctorbob/
Can I link to my movies on the GRX Solutions website so I don't have to put my movies on my website?
No. Your completed movies are stored on our site for you to preview and deliver to your web developer. You cannot link to your movies stored on our site. If we detect significant traffic to your movies we reserve the right to terminate your license(s) to our products.
